An emerging brand in performance nutrition, Ojio Sport enlisted Grail to help them find differentiation in a cluttered, fast-growing category.  After conducting a trend analysis, competitive assessment, and customer experience audit, we proposed an emotionally based positioning based on the simple truth that for modern athletes (and athletic hopefuls), eating clean, raw foods simply "feels good” in both the physical and mental dimensions — a state critical to achieving one’s personal best, whether competing in a grueling century run, or enjoying a weekend yoga class.  A brand refresh, re-tooling of the online user experience, and launch of new digital and social campaigns followed, resulting in nearly a doubling of conversion rates.
